FALL LEAGUE 2022

WE ARE CERTAIN THAT THIS LEAGUE EXPERIENCE WILL BE A GREAT ONE FOR ALL PLAYERS!! CHECK OUT WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT-

THE TAV FALL LEAGUE IS FOR INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS ONLY- Teams will be formed each week based on our assessment of player to ensure a balanced league experience for all our athletes.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS AS A TEAM

Division-                                                                              Times- (may change slightly)                                            

                3rd & 4th Grade Combined   (48 athletes max)                   12:30-2:30pm

                5th & 6th Grade Combined   (48 athletes max)                    2:30-4:30pm

                7th & 8th Grade Combined   (64 athletes max)                    4:30-7:30pm

       7th-8th grade time slot is 3 hours but your team may only be there 2 hours

                 2 HOURS OF VOLLEYBALL PER WEEK FOR ALL AGES!!

Dates- All sessions will be on Saturdays

September 17th, 24th               October 1st, 8th, 22nd                November 12th, 19th

Saturday Sept 17th will be 2 hours of instruction and skills assessment (a clinic of sorts) to rate players for balanced team formation. 

Last 6 dates will be 35 minutes of instruction by our coaches (warm-ups) and 85 minutes of match play (2 matches per date)

ALL TEAMS WILL BE COACHED BY OUR STAFF. PARENTS DON'T NEED TO VOLUNTEER. YOU CAN SIT AND ENJOY WATCHING YOUR CHILD PLAY!

League format-

First 4 dates-

• all players will play 2 matches per week
• teams will be formed each week based on a skill rating so teams will be balanced for even competition
• new teams will be formed each week
• players will earn points based on their team's wins and losses
• points will be used to continue to form balanced teams which will ensure good competition throughout the league

Last 2 dates- 

• 2 division in each age group will be formed based on points earned by each player. Highest points earners will play in the GOLD Division finals the last 2 weeks. The remaining players will compete in the SILVER Division.
• Players will be placed on new teams each of the last 2 dates.
• League champions in each division will be earned based the total points earned by players throughout the league play.

THE POINT SYSTEM USED TO DETERMINE LEAGUE CHAMPS WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS
