HER EXPERIENCE with TAV

When my daughter was looking to play club at the 12u level we chose Triple Ace because it was simply the best value in the area and there were no hidden fees.  My daughter thrived her first year with wonderful teammates and an amazing coach who could motivate the girls at all the right times to win matches when they were struggling. Unfortunately that Season was cut short because of Covid and when the club had to take a hiatus and my daughter wanted to continue to play we reluctantly went to a large club where she made their top team. That experience proved to be very disappointing with 12 girls on a team including 3 in her position. It was clear early in the Season that only way my daughter was going to get any attention or playing time was to do expensive privates.  The Season could not end fast enough for my daughter and we were sad for her as she started questioning her love of the sport.

We were very excited when Triple Ace was able to reopen last year and while we weren’t sure how the Season was going to go at first we could not have been happier.  Her team was a mix of girls from different schools and they were some of the nicest and hardest working girls she has ever played a sport with.  The girls dug deep in every match they played and received quality coaching and invaluable playing team.  We were all sad when the Season ended but she can’t wait to continue with Triple Ace in November.  We are very pleased with the schedule we have already received as it shows the confidence the coaches have in their players.

I have been blessed with two daughters who love volleyball. Between the two, our family has been a part of club volleyball for the past five years in the Chicago area. Last year was our first year with a daughter at Triple Ace, and our family could not have been more delighted. The improvement that we saw over the course of the season was extraordinary, and we can only attribute it to the individual attention from the high quality coaching staff.

We knew the program had been on hiatus during the pandemic and we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were amazed at the level of play and the results on the court. Our daughter’s team lost a couple of matches the first weekend of play, and then swept the rest of league and didn’t lose another match until the league finals, winning multiple matches where they appeared to be underdogs. While winning is great, what we most appreciated about the team was the camaraderie, the lack of egos, and the sense of purpose. Our family has been a part of several clubs, including some of the biggest clubs in the area, but we have never experienced the level of joy that we experienced this past season as a part of Triple Ace.

I really liked what I heard about the Triple Ace camp. My daughter really needed more opportunities to learn volleyball skills and not just play games. Triple Ace was exactly what we were looking for to create a good foundation. Thank you! 

We are so happy we found Triple Ace Volleyball club. As first-time club volleyball parents, we watched our daughters’ confidence, skill and passion grow for the sport of volleyball thanks to the coaches at TAV. Triple Ace made sure to teach the girls the sport of volleyball and honed the skills of each individual, preparing them to play volleyball in high school. 

If you are new to the club volleyball world or looking for a new program for your daughter, I urge you to look at Triple Ace. You will not be disappointed. 

 This club has been a great fit and fabulous overall experience for our family. Both of our daughters began in the 12u program at Triple Ace. They preferred the close and consistent practice location facility at Trinity in River Forest & have enjoyed making new friends on the team and spending time with many local friends as well. This set their grade up for a successful middle school team volleyball experience too-Roosevelt Middle School girls vball champs! The manageability of participating in club volleyball contributed to the positive experience both of my daughters have had at Triple Ace. My older daughter, Teagan, also had the same coaches that my younger daughter, Tamsen, now has! Now, that's consistency. 

Triple Ace Club volleyball feels like a family. The team travel tourney to Grand Rapids, MI seeled the deal at the end of the season last year for the girls-TAV 12 Black 3rd place finish out of 20 teams at the AAU Super regional! Bittersweet and many tears were shed. Not because of the third place finish, but because the girls did not want the season to end. Triple Ace has been a phenomenal growth path and checked many of the boxes for our girls all around - fun, convenient, competitive, self esteem boosting, & priceless friendships and memories formed. We highly recommend Triple Ace Volleyball and can't wait for this upcoming season. Thank you Coach Ken & crew!

This past season was our first experience with club volleyball and it was a great introduction to club!! We had no idea what to expect and TAV worked hard to train our girls to do the best they can and achieve a great experience in all aspects of the game! We made great friendships and awesome training! I’m looking forward to the new season and seeing what our girls can achieve this upcoming season!!  

 TAV is a phenomenal program focused on developing teams rooted in strong mechanics, discipline, and empowerment of the girls to find and grow their confidence.  With many years of experience, Coach Ken is an incredible coach (and program lead) who knows how to up-level players and teams in big ways while also building trust and respect from his players. Our daughter has loved TAV and has grown so much as a player.  We couldn’t imagine playing anywhere else!
